Community Jameel, CGIAR, the Munich Security Conference Foundation and the COP29 UN Climate Change High-Level Champions host a reception on 12 November 2024 at Goals House in Baku to mark the launch of the COP29 Presidency's Baku Harmoniya Climate Initiative for Farmers. The event will explore the potential of innovation – from traditional agricultural methods to technological breakthroughs – focused on securing sustainable agriculture, food and water for the future.
Attendees will experience how the synergy of traditional wisdom and modern technology can be harnessed to create scalable, effective solutions, as well as advocate for development financiers to continue to invest in research and development and enable local environment and technological solutions.
