The director of educational research and planning at the Ministry of Education was joined by representatives from partners Save the Children Jordan, Community Jameel, Dubai Cares and Hikma in marking the launch of the Ejada National Survey of Teachers' Professional Wellbeing in Jordan, the first study of its kind implemented to measure the emotional and professional needs of teachers, with a view to improving learning outcomes for children in Jordan and developing a replicable model for better education at scale.
