Egyptian soprano, Bocelli-Jameel scholarship recipient Laura Mekhail charms Jeddah

The Egyptian talent enthralled a Jeddah audience with her stunning performance alongside Italian pianist and composer Daniele Ciminiello on the Hayy Jameel stage on January 28. In an interview after the performance, Laura Mekhail told Arab News that receiving the Andrea Bocelli Foundation-Community Jameel scholarship at the Royal College of Music was the most amazing experience she ever had.
