Guyo Roba: Climate change worsened East Africa drought

‍Guyo Roba, a food security expert and head of the Jameel Observatory, commented on a new report by World Weather Attribution that development gains in East African countries have been offset by a long history of natural disasters, famine and disease, and that more needs to be done to respond more quickly to food shocks.
