How childcare empowers women

Providing access to childcare can help women achieve greater economic parity and enhance their agency, and could also lead to a substantial boost to the global economy. Selim Gulesci, associate professor of economics at Trinity College Dublin and affiliate of the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) joins VoxDevTalks to discuss recent research on how childcare can empower women in developing countries.
