Takatuf programme to support the initiative of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to Saudise jobs in the private sector
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development recently announced the assignment of the operation of the national Saudisation programmes to the private sector, with the aim of increasing the Saudisation rates and providing more job opportunities for job seekers. The initiative is launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development out of its strong confidence in the role of the private sector as a strategic partner in achieving the goals of Vision 2030.

Commenting on the occasion, Ms. Rola Basamad, Senior General Manager of Bab Rizq Jameel Recruitment, said: "the Ministry's initiative is crucial to the efforts of Saudising jobs in the private sector, and assigning Saudisation programmes to the private sector would contribute to providing more job opportunities, especially in small and medium enterprises, in which some young men and women were reluctant to work due to their small size. But now with this initiative in place, we hope their confidence will rise as the hiring process and employment contracts will be handled by recruitment companies, with the establishments and small and medium-sized companies will be merely a workplace for the applicants."
“We, at Bab Rizq Jameel Recruitment, are keen to promote the new initiative through our close collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development over the past 15 years. Therefore, Bab Rizq Jameel Recruitment recently designed (Takatuf) programme to help companies fulfilling the Saudisation goals by contracting with Bab Rizq Jameel. The programme will provide qualified national workforce with a job opportunity in these companies in areas such as management of call centers, and facilities such as restaurants and trade fairs, as well as operation of factories and production lines, and maintenance. It also provides legal services in terms of contract drafting, human resource services and personnel affairs", she added.
Since its establishment in 2005, Bab Rizq Jameel Recruitment has helped provide more than 331,000 job opportunities for Saudi men and women, and has served companies in more than 110 Saudi cities.
