J-WAFS welcomes Daniela Giardina as new executive director

MIT News announces Daniela Giardina as the new executive director of J-WAFS.

The former director of Oxfam America’s disaster risk reduction and climate resilience initiatives, Daniela brings her expertise and practical insights to J-WAFS.

Daniela said: “I am eager to help expand J-WAFS’ impact by strengthening existing programmes, developing new initiatives and building strategic partnerships that translate MIT's groundbreaking research into real-world solutions.”
